1.2 The General Terms and Conditions of J. Lammers apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of J. Lammers. By ordering an article you agree to these conditions.

2. Agreement and Order

2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. J. Lammers will process your order after you have paid. Until that time J. Lammers will remain the full owner of the article.

2.2 To confirm your order you will receive an email to the email address that you provided. If you accidentally do not receive an e-mail, your order is still operative.

2.3 Images on the website can always be slightly different from reality.

2.4 All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT.

2.5 J. Lammers has the right to refuse an order and dissolve an agreement.

2.6 J. Lammers has the right to change texts and images on the website, without giving notice first.

3. Shipping costs

3.1 J. Lammers charges the following shipping costs:
Netherlands and Germany: FREE SHIPPING
Shipping world : please ask for the shipping costs
Standard delivery will be made by DHL and GLS. After an order has been dispatched, a track and trace code will be sent to you so you can follow your package on its way to you.

4. Delivery

4.1 J. Lammers will send the order as quick as possible after payment of the agreement. Please allow a few days plus shipping time for your jewellery to arrive. Each piece of J. Lammers Jewellery is crafted just for you when you place your order. If delivery is not possible, for whatever reason you will receive a message about this immediately.

4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address – and there are therefore extra costs – we calculate these additional costs on to you.

5. Shipment and Transport

5.1 Up to and including the delivery J. Lammers bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.

6. Payment and Payment Methods

6.1 At J. Lammers you can also choose to pay by Bank deposit. You will receive an email with further instructions. You can transfer the money to IBAN: NL47KNAB0257353445 in the name of J.H.Lammers, Amersfoort, the Netherlands. Please state your email address and invoice number in the description.

6.2 If J. Lammers posts, accidentally, an incorrect price on the website we have the right to adapt. Even though you already ordered the article.

7. Approval Period & returns

7.1 J. Lammers strives that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, I advise you to check your article within two weeks. If something is not good or you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within four weeks. Fill in the online contact form and I will contact you as soon as possible. I will tell you how and where to return your article.

8. Returns and Exchange

8.1 If you wish to return or exchange an article you have to contact me within 14 days.
Send an email in which you notify that you wish to return or exchange an article. Please state the following:
- The product name or description
- The reason for returning the item
- In case of exchange: the article for which you wish to exchange.
Once I have received the article you want to exchange and I have checked it I will send you the new article.
The product that needs to be returned or exchanged has to be back at the studio within four weeks. The costs and responsibility of returning the item are for your account.

8.2 The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
- is in undamaged state,
- is not worn and/or used,
- includes the original and undamaged packaging.
- is not personalised for the customer
J. Lammers reserves the right to refuse returned items.
Bespoke pieces can not be returned. If you are not happy with your bespoke piece, please contact me and we will find a solution.
The refund, minus the shipping costs, will take place after receipt and inspection within thirty days.

9. Warranty

9.1 J. Lammers advises her customers to check all articles within two weeks. Check the delivered quantity and quality of the article. If there is something not correct you can return the article, if reported within two weeks, and sent back within four weeks to J. Lammers.

9.2 After the approval period of 14 days J. Lammers is not obliged to repair or exchange the article free of charge.

9.3 The warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.

9.4 Shipping costs to return products will not be refunded. J. Lammers will return the repaired product without further costs for the customer.

10. Disputes

10.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by the Dutch law.

10.3 Do you have a complaint, please fill in the online contact form. J. Lammers will always try to solve a complaint in consultation with you.

11. Copyright photo’s and images

11.1 All photos and images displayed by J. Lammers are copyrighted. Without written permission from J. Lammers, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
